What are the required documents for a complete property valuation?

Vacant Plot:

  • Copy of Title Deed (Mulkiya)
  • Copy of Master Plan (Krooki)
  • Copy of owner’s Civil Identification (and a copy of Civil Identification of Buyer if applicable)

 

Residential Villa:

  • Copy of Title Deed (Mulkiya)
  • Copy of Master Plan (Krooki)
  • Copy of Full Set of Construction Drawings
  • Copy of Building Completion Certificate
  • Copy of owner’s Civil Identification (and a copy of Civil Identification of Buyer if applicable)

 

Multi-Apartment Building:

  • Copy of Title Deed (Mulkiya)
  • Copy of Master Plan (Krooki)
  • Copy of Full Set of Construction Drawings
  • Copy of Building Completion Certificate
  • Copy of Tenancy Agreement Copies of Apartments
  • Copy of owner’s Civil Identification (and a copy of Civil Identification of Buyer if applicable)

 

Under Construction Building or Villa:

What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept cash payments at this time.

Can valuations be performed without complete documentation?

Valuations cannot be performed without complete documentation present before starting the valuation process. This is to ensure that we comply with all the legal and moral obligations of property valuation while maintaining a high and reputable level of service.

Do you visit the property to perform valuations?

In order to perform accurate property valuations, members of our team visit every property to verify the information provided and draw credible conclusions about the value of the property.

Do you inspect the interior of properties for valuations?

During our site visits, our valuation teams inspect the property’s interior and exterior aspects to ensure the utmost accuracy with regards to property valuations.

Can you perform bulk valuation services for corporate clients?

Our valuation teams are equipped with all the tools, knowledge and experience to perform bulk valuation services.

Do you perform machinery valuation?

No, our scope of valuation extends as far as real estate goes.

How long does it take to complete a property valuation?

If all the necessary documentation requirements are fulfilled at the beginning of the valuation process, a property valuation can be completed within 2 to 3 business days.

Are you authorized to perform valuations with all banks in Oman?

Yes, Realty Gate is listed on the panels of all local banks and financing organizations.

Are you registered with Oman Housing Bank?

Yes we are.
